Stock Availability
Sometimes, we can run out of a product that has already been purchased online as we pull from the stock on the sales floor. When this occurs we will send you an e-mail or text message notification stating which items are out of stock, giving you the option to change them for another product or cancel those products. If there is no response, we will automatically mail out the products we have and cancel the out of stock products.

Glassware
Important note about glassware: Irvine’s will NOT be responsible for glass items broken in shipping. While we will do our best to package your purchase securely, glass items are shipped at your own risk. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all glass items be picked up in store.
Shipping Companies

We only ship through Canada Post. Once the order is in Canada posts hands, we are unable to assist if there are any issues during shipping. If an issue occurs with your order during shipping please contact Canada Post first and they will work with us in regards to getting it resolved.
We do offer Route package protection at check out for online orders. If purchased this and an issue during shipping occurs please contact Route and they will help resolve the issue.
We do occasionally use 3rd party carrier, this is only for heavy/large bulky items, in which the 3rd party freight is paid by the customer.

Orders to be Shipped Outside of Canada
Shipping on all orders to the USA or overseas destinations are at the customer's expense.
