Sponsorship

Irvine’s has been a proud supporter of Alberta’s western and agricultural community for decades. From Alberta 4-H Clubs and Canadian Senior Pro Rodeo to grassroots rodeos and local associations, we believe in strengthening the communities that support us.

Due to the high volume of requests we receive each year, we must be selective in the events and organizations we sponsor.

Eligibility Requirements

• We sponsor Non-Profit Organizations only.

• Sponsored associations or events must be active customers of Irvine’s.

• The organization or event must operate within our primary market area:

British Columbia, Alberta, Saskatchewan, or Manitoba.

• The organization or event must comply with all applicable laws and regulations,

including the ethical treatment of animals.

• The initiative should benefit the greatest number of participants possible.

• The event or project must demonstrate cost-ffectiveness and provide

appropriate donor recognition.

Proposal Requirements

Your request must include:

• A brief overview of your organization or event, including its purpose, beneficiaries, and geographic reach

• A short history of the specific event or initiative

• An explanation of how the organization or event aligns with Irvine’s focus and

community values

• The amount of funding requested or details of the desired donation (monetary,

prizes, facilities, etc.)

• A clear breakdown of how the funds or donation will be used

• A list of confirmed donors and/or sponsors

• Names of governing board members, including their occupations or business

affiliations

• Your plan for donor recognition

• Evidence that the event is financially responsible and well managed

• Details of any charitable components associated with the event

Submission Process

All requests must be submitted in writing at least two months prior to the event.

We do not accept sponsorship or donation requests by phone, email, fax, or drop-in.
