Irvine's offers a 7 day money back, 30 day exchange / in-store credit guarantee. Items being returned must be in brand new condition, with all tags, labels and instructions attached and your original proof of purchase must be presented. We will not accept a return without a receipt under any circumstance.
If shipping charges were incurred, they will not be refunded. You as the consumer will be responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS on any returns.
The return form that was shipped along with your package must accompany the product being returned. If you do not have a return form or the product was purchased in the store please see below for a downloadable form.
Please note that if an order was made online, we do not need the receipt; just a reference to your order number (IR____). If purchased over the phone or in store a receipt MUST be provided.
If for some reason you have been sent the wrong item or the item is defective we will gladly cover the shipping cost once the item is received back in the store and it is confirmed that there was, in fact, a mistake or defect. We will gladly refund all shipping charges associated with the order. Please send the package back by regular Canada Post parcel service -- Express Post or Collect shipments will not be accepted.
Saddle Returns are accepted for 7 days from purchase date.
The saddle must be returned in brand new condition.
We encourage you to ride the saddle and make sure it is a proper fit.
However… Please be courteous.
Ensure you are wearing older jeans that will not discolor the saddle, do not ride it out in the elements on a rainy day causing water marks or ride in bling jeans that may cause marks in the saddle seat.
If a saddle is returned in “used” condition a full refund will not be given.
