Online Order Disclosure
Irvine's Main Shiping source is Canada Post. If a customer has a courier account they would like to use we can arrange a pick up once the account number is provided. For oversized items we use a LTL Carrier such as Hi-Way. We can provide a quote for you on these larger item shipments.
Irvine's pulls mail order off a live sales floor. Therefore sometimes we sell the item before we can get to it (This is rare but happens) In the event this happens we will e-mail or Text the customer with options. If we do not hear back in a timely manner we will automatically remove that item from your order and ship the remainder of the order.

If you click on that link it will bring you to a page to enter your order # and Phone number or email. This will bring up your order in which you can select what item(s)you would like to return/exchange. This will then be sent to our mail order department for approval. Once approved you will be emailed a return shiping label or code and from there you follow the insturctions. The return shipping cost will be deducted from the return. Irvine's gets great rates from Canada Post there for we are able to share this with our great customers.
Product Return Policy
Irvine's offers a 7-day money back (14 days for online orders) and 30 day exchange/in-store credit guarantee. Items being returned must follow this criteria:
- Products are in brand new condition
- Product has all tags, labels, packaging and instructions attached
- Your original proof of purchase presented
Please note that if an order was made online, we do not need the receipt; just a reference to your order number. If purchased over the phone or in store, a receipt MUST be provided. We will not accept a return without a receipt under any circumstance.
Shipping charges, if incurred at time of purchase, will not be refunded. You as the consumer are responsible for shipping charges BOTH WAYS on all returns. The return form below must be filled out completely and accompany the product being returned. The downloadable return form is located at the bottom of the page.
As we are all humans, sometimes we do make mistakes. If you have been sent the wrong product or the item you received is defective, we will gladly cover the shipping cost to ship the item back to us. Once the item is back in our possession and the mistake/defect is identified, we will gladly refund all shipping charges associated with the order and send the correct item.
When sending packages back, please send them by regular Canada Post parcel service -- Collect shipments will not be accepted. Footwear boxes are not to be taped/damaged/written on as they must be put back into inventory (if no defect). All customers may be subject to additional charges if products and/or product packaging is damaged in anyway.
Saddle Return Policy
Saddle Returns are accepted for 7 days from purchase date with no exceptions unless signed and approved by Irvine's Management. The returned saddle must be in brand new condition: no marks, scratches, stains, smells, dirt, etc.
We encourage you to ride the saddle and make sure it is a proper fit, however, please be cautious! Many things can damage a saddle without anyone noticing:
- Do not wear new jeans that will discolor the saddle
- Do not ride it out in the elements on a rainy day causing water marks
- Do not ride in bling jeans that may cause marks in the saddle seat
*ALL Returned Saddles will be charged a 20% Restocking Fee*
If a saddle is returned in “used” condition you will be subject to additional charges over and above the 20%.
