Irvine Tack & Western Wear takes pride in carrying top name brand, quality products. We work closely with suppliers and manufactures to ensure our customers are receiving the best. If you have a product that has a manufactures defect please fill out the the form below and send to warranty@irvines.ca
The form needs to be filled out in full and submitted with a sales receipt. Please take pictures of the item in full as well as the problem you are having. Irvine's will then go to the manufacture on your behalf and submit a warranty claim. NOT ALL WARRANTY CLAIMS ARE APPROVED!!!
Warranty does NOT include regular wear and tear, abuse or misuse of products.
Customer is responsible for shipping Costs.
Please allow 4-6 weeks for processing.
