Processing Time

• Our mail associates are in store Monday-Fridays from 9am-5pm. There is a 1-5 business day processing time.
• We do not ship on weekends. Please take that into account when placing your order.
• Once your order has been placed online you are unable to go back and edit the items size, color, length etc. If you need to adjust the items on your order, please contact the mail order team by phone 1 (877) 946-9494 or email at internetsales@irvines.ca.        
• Ensure your shipping address is correct before placing the online order. If you notice after placing your order that the address is wrong, please contact the mail order team by phone 1 (877) 946-9494 or email at internetsales@irvines.ca.
• If the order is placed with Express shipping the processing time will still be 1-5 business days depending on when the order has been placed. Express shipping orders placed on weekends will not be filled until the following Monday.

Stock Availability

Sometimes, we can run out of a product that has already been purchased online as we pull from the stock on the sales floor. When this occurs we will send you an e-mail or text message notification stating which items are out of stock, giving you the option to change them for another product or cancel those products. If there is no response, we will automatically mail out the products we have and cancel the out of stock products.

Free	(CAN) Each product under 7kg & price is greater than $150.00
$20.00 Flat Rate	(CAN) Each product under 7kg & price is less than $100.00
$25.00 Flat Rate	(CAN) A product is between 7-15kg
$100.00 Flat Rate	(CAN) Saddles & Products over 15kg (Up to saddle size)
$30.00 Flat Rate	(US) Products under 7kg
QUOTE NEEDED	(CAN) Anything shaped weird/heavier/larger than a saddle (US) A product is over 7kg (INTERNATIONAL) Always

 

Shipping Exclusions

The above shipping terms exclude:

• Clearance and discounted items
• Farrier Supplies
• Farm, Ranch and Arena Equipment 
• (items such as gates, chutes, panels, stalls, feeders & groomers)
• Feed
• Oversize / overweight minerals and supplements
• Roping Dummies (call for freight quote)
• Saddles ($100.00 flat rate)
• Overweight 7KG+ ($25.00 flat rate)

Please contact our shipping department for a freight quote on excluded items.

 

Glassware

Important note about glassware:  Irvine’s will NOT be responsible for glass items broken in shipping. While we will do our best to package your purchase securely, glass items are shipped at your own risk. For this reason, we strongly recommend that all glass items be picked up in store.

Shipping Companies

***Update Due to Canada post Strike we are shipping Via Canpar, UPS Or Purolater****Please use Physical Address Not PO Box when placing order. 

We only ship through Canada Post. Once the order is in Canada posts hands, we are unable to assist if there are any issues during shipping. If an issue occurs with your order during shipping please contact Canada Post first and they will work with us in regards to getting it resolved.

We do offer Route package protection at check out for online orders. If purchased this and an issue during shipping occurs please contact Route and they will help resolve the issue. 

We do occasionally use 3rd party carrier, this is only for heavy/large bulky items, in which the 3rd party freight is paid by the customer.

Orders to be Shipped Outside of Canada

Shipping on all orders to the USA or overseas destinations are at the customer's expense.
