- Water Temperature should be 43-45°C (109-113°F).
- Dispense half the desired water into the mixing container.
- WEIGH milk replacer power at a concentration of 150g of powder per liter of water and add to the mixing container.
- Mix by hand to initiate the dispersion of powder from being wasted.
- Add the remaining water to the mixing container.
- Mix again, now using a drill mixer for 2 minutes to fully integrate the powder into the total solution.
- Feed milk at 36-37°C (97-98°F).
- Wash and disinfect mixing and feeding utensils following feeding
- This feed contains added selenium at 0.3mg/kg
- 20% crude protein
- 20% crude fat
- 0.25% crude fibre
