• BioFit® Pads feature a strategically placed “buildup” that helps fill in the missing muscle mass often seen behind the shoulder. Decreased muscle behind the scapula can cause the saddle to run “downhill” and collapse on the spine at the withers. This pad is designed to effectively level the saddle, providing comfort and improving performance. This Classic Equine BioFit Correction Pad provides saddle-fit solutions for narrow-shouldered or high-withered horses or horses that have a diminishing topline. The dense orthopedic grade felt absorbs shock and disperses pressure. The memory foam fills the void behind the shoulder. This pad has a contoured design, molds to your horse’s back, and a premium felt that absorbs shock and improves durability. 1 1/4-inch total pad thickness. Made at our shop in Granbury, Texas.

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Oversized, overweight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges or a freight quote.

Because our online inventory is pulled directly from our live sales floor, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll contact you with available options. If we don’t receive a response, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit, provided the item is:

• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, and instructions
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Irvine Tack & Western Wear will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Final return restrictions apply to certain products, including bits, ropes, animal health products, feed, and undergarments.

Saddles: Eligible for exchange or in-store credit only within 7 days and must be returned in brand-new condition.
