Galloping Goop Degreaser

• Superior effectiveness: Perfect for eliminating sweat stains, yellow marks, and residue after training or competitions. It cleans deeply without altering the texture of the coat.
• Gentle yet powerful formula: Silicone-free, chemical-free, non-toxic, biodegradable, and with a balanced pH, this product respects the skin and coat of your horse while delivering professional-grade cleaning.
• Deep-action formula: The formula works directly on the pores of the mane, ensuring a thorough clean while maintaining the natural hydration of the skin, essential for a shiny, healthy coat.
• Easy rinsing: Thanks to its low foam, it rinses easily without leaving any residue, preventing the accumulation of chemicals and the loss of natural oils from the coat.
• Practical and ideal for your needs: The 1L bottle is perfectly suited for professional riders, providing practical use in stables or at competitions.

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Oversized, overweight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges or a freight quote.

Because our online inventory is pulled directly from our live sales floor, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll contact you with available options. If we don’t receive a response, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit, provided the item is:

• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, and instructions
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Irvine Tack & Western Wear will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Final return restrictions apply to certain products, including bits, ropes, animal health products, feed, and undergarments.

Saddles: Eligible for exchange or in-store credit only within 7 days and must be returned in brand-new condition.
