HELPFUL TIPS:
• Adjust the cheek pieces and bit placement for your horse. Ideally, start off loose and tighten for added control and cueing.
• The browband piece should rest lightly across your horse’s forehead and should sit about 1/2"-1" below the front of the ears. Too low may make the throat latch too tight.
• Adjust the throat latch so that you can fit 2-4 fingers between it and the underside of your horse’s jaw. This is important as a too tight fitting throat latch could prohibit the horse’s breathing.

• Browbands promote added safety and will be a great choice for horses that rub their head while bridled. The throat latch and browband can help prevent the headstall from getting rubbed off.

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Oversized, overweight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges or a freight quote.

Because our online inventory is pulled directly from our live sales floor, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll contact you with available options. If we don’t receive a response, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit, provided the item is:

• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, and instructions
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Irvine Tack & Western Wear will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Final return restrictions apply to certain products, including bits, ropes, animal health products, feed, and undergarments.

Saddles: Eligible for exchange or in-store credit only within 7 days and must be returned in brand-new condition.
