Mad Barn Biotin

• A vitamin B supplement used to support healthy hooves and coat quality
• Highly palatable and easy to feed
• Biotin (also known as vitamin B7) is an enzyme cofactor which means it supports the function of many enzymes, including those involved in carbohydrate, fat and protein metabolism
• Supports the production of keratin which is the most important structural protein in hooves
• Helps horses have optimal levels of keratin in their hooves, hair and connective tissue, which supports their structural integrity and growth
• Recommended for horses with dry, cracked or brittle hooves, horses that pull shoes often, horses with chronic laminitis, and those with weak joints or poor coat and skin
• Horses that are on prolonged high-grain intake, colic, oral antibiotics, or old age, may benefit from supplemental biotin

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Oversized, overweight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges or a freight quote.

Because our online inventory is pulled directly from our live sales floor, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll contact you with available options. If we don’t receive a response, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit, provided the item is:

• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, and instructions
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Irvine Tack & Western Wear will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Final return restrictions apply to certain products, including bits, ropes, animal health products, feed, and undergarments.

Saddles: Eligible for exchange or in-store credit only within 7 days and must be returned in brand-new condition.
