Secure Cattle Pour-On Appeasing Pheromone

• Stress affects all cattle, regardless of operation, location, or management approach.
SecureCattle was the first innovative pour-on product of its kind, easy to use and designed to help your cattle better cope with stress. Inspired by nature, it replicates the bovine appeasing pheromone (BAP), naturally secreted by the sebaceous glands of the mammary skin, to reassure calves. Cattle detect bovine appeasing pheromone (BAP) through their vomeronasal organ, which transmits the message to the brain.

The message is passed to brain areas that control emotions and the various physiological mechanisms they influence. The brief action allows the animal to use its adaptive abilities without being overwhelmed by stress. SecureCattle’s proprietary formulation was created to optimize delivery to the target organ.

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Oversized, overweight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges or a freight quote.

Because our online inventory is pulled directly from our live sales floor, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll contact you with available options. If we don’t receive a response, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit, provided the item is:

• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, and instructions
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Irvine Tack & Western Wear will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Final return restrictions apply to certain products, including bits, ropes, animal health products, feed, and undergarments.

Saddles: Eligible for exchange or in-store credit only within 7 days and must be returned in brand-new condition.
