Snuggle Puppy

Dogs and puppies are pack animals who are instinctively drawn to their mother and others in their pack. The Snuggle Puppy recreates that intimacy with physical warmth and a simulated heartbeat. The result is a calmer, more peaceful pet -one that feels less loneliness, fear and separation anxiety. The Snuggle Puppy uses a real-feel pulsing "heartbeat", the AAA batteries (included) last up to 2 weeks with continuous 24/7 use. Included with your Snuggle Puppy is one disposable warmer pack (Safe for people and pets that lasts 24 hours) for an extra source of comfort for your pet. The Snuggle Puppy is all natural, medication free, and calms your pet by appealing to basic natural instincts.

Shipping

Online orders are typically processed within 1–5 business days, Monday–Friday. Shipping times begin after your order has been processed.

Most orders are shipped using Canada Post, UPS, or Purolator. Oversized, overweight, or specialty items may require additional shipping charges or a freight quote.

Because our online inventory is pulled directly from our live sales floor, an item may occasionally sell before your order is processed. If this happens, we’ll contact you with available options. If we don’t receive a response, the unavailable item will be refunded and the remainder of your order will be shipped.

Returns & Exchanges

Online purchases may be returned within 14 days for a refund or within 30 days for an exchange or in-store credit, provided the item is:

• In brand-new, unused condition
• Returned with all original tags, packaging, labels, and instructions
• Accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and original shipping charges are non-refundable. If we sent you the wrong item or your product arrived defective, Irvine Tack & Western Wear will cover the applicable shipping costs.

Final return restrictions apply to certain products, including bits, ropes, animal health products, feed, and undergarments.

Saddles: Eligible for exchange or in-store credit only within 7 days and must be returned in brand-new condition.
